چکیده
Aim:The objective of the present study is to design and characterize ethosomal gel containing Zaltoprofen for sustained drug delivery also reduce side effects. was chosen here as candidate because its short half-life increased dosing frequency.
Methods: The ethosomes prepared by using cold method. A 23 full factorial 10 experimental trails used in order obtain an optimized formulation. were characterized Scanning Electron Microscopy, PDI, zeta potential, vesicle size, percentage entrapment efficiency. Optimized formulation incorporated 1% carbopol deliver through topical route. Invitro permeation studies (EGL) conventional (CGL) conducted flux permeability coefficient calculated.
Results:The % efficiency found be 124.33 nm, -45.2 mV 70.03%, respectively. surface vesicles spherical smooth. vitro release showed when compared with pure drug. In show that 2.5 fold higher than gel, which may attribution ethanol flexible nature ethosomes.
Conclusion: It concluded could a better choice Zaltoprofenwith improved bioavailability anti-inflammatory activity.
